Does my cat require vaccination to stay?
Yes they require a minimum of a current F3 vaccination for the protection of your cat and to the other cats staying against contagious disease and pathogens. If your cat has not been vaccinated previously, they will require vaccination 2 weeks prior to staying for the vaccination to take effect.
Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to boarding. I will not accept any unvaccinated cats under any circumstances.
What do I need to bring for my cat?
Everything is provided for a comfortable stay, premium food; Royal Canin, Advance and Hills Science Diet dry food and a smorgasbord of wet foods offered for the fussiest cats, warm bedding and premium litter.
Can I bring my own cat food?
Yes you certainly can, especially If your cat has food intolerance to a change in diet, I encourage you to bring their own diet as a sudden change can cause diarrhea.
Also if they are on a prescription diet for a health issue, please provide this.
Can I bring a blanket, bed or toy from home?
Yes, this is encouraged. An item with your scent generally makes your cat feel more settled and at ease.
Do I need to pay a deposit to hold my booking?
Yes you do. You have 7 days to pay after making the booking. 50% deposit is required for out of school holidays, 100% deposit is required for school holidays and peak times. This is non refundable.
What are your check in times?
Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30am / 4.30pm to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 10am / 4pm to 6pm
Sunday closed for check ins/out.

Can I visit your cat motel before I make a booking?
Yes, I encourage this, but by appointment only.
Can you medicate my cat whilst they are staying?
Yes I can, it’s an extra $10 per day for oral and topical medications.
Can you board a diabetic cat?
I can, but I would need to discuss this with you, when you enquire about booking.
