Kim is so much more than a 'cattery' - she is a loving, kind and genuine person who will care for your fur babies like you do in a clean and warm space they feel safe in. Kim is flexible and accommodating and makes me so grateful we found her to take care of our two kitties when we go away. They come home loved - thank you Kim

Evacuated Tiges, 16 y.o. tabby, on short notice during bushfires in Blueys. Kim very accommodating and flexible as we had no definite dates. She goes over and above to provide individual attention to your pet. Tiges ended up happily staying for 30 days. Got to experience days in the new outdoor area. Came home very content and relaxed.

My kitties Felix and Nya just spent one week at the cat & Kim motel, I am so glad I came across this motel. I felt so comfortable leaving my babies with Kim she is amazing I cannot thank her enough! Our holiday was extra relaxing knowing they were safe and well looked after with lots of cuddles Thanks again Kim!

Kim was so wonderful yesterday as I keenly approached her as a temporary neighbour who had locked herself out of a holiday home. Kim was so kind and patient… she had the clarity in a crisis situation when I did not. Kim leant me her phone and came up with two constructive ideas to help problem solve the situation. One of which worked a treat and I was back in the holiday home in a short while. While this review is not related to animal care, the attention, calmness and kindness of Kim would not leave me to hesitate that she would be a very responsible, caring and thoughtful under pressure carer for any animal (mammal) including human. I would highly recommend her and love her two little fur family. Kim is wonderful! I imagine a stress free time away, or care and attention in a grooming would be if loved fur family were gifted to Kim at such a time.

Elmo has just spent 3 weeks at the cat and kim motel and he loved it! He was sooooo spoilt and Kim is so good with him he didn't want to leave. He has come home relaxed and refreshed

Kim has looked after our pets for a number of years. She is a great Veterinary Nurse and a wonderful person who loves all animals great and small - especially the meow meow variety
